The Industrie restaurant located rue Saint Gilles in Liège is part of the furniture as they say. For nearly 100 years, this venerable brand offers old-fashioned brasserie cuisine with ancestral recipes that can not change so much they are known and recognized.
The inescapable Liège ball and succulent fries, veal head, mussels are some of the mythical recipes of this brewery created in 1930. The frame, alone, is reminiscent of the nostalgia of those past times that made sunny days of the Liège city. And if the walls could speak ... Enamelled plates, François Walthéry's drawings, paneling as worn as they are timeless put a unique atmosphere on this place. Besides, he is not really a citizen of Liège who has never eaten a day at Industry.
